Dr. Ajitabh Srivastava is a hepatologist with 12+ years of experience. He, along with his team, has performed more than 1500 liver transplant including deceased donor, living donor, pediatric transplant and combined kidney and liver transplant.
He has to his credit of being a member of transplant unit at Apollo Chennai, Apollo Delhi and MIOT Chennai. He has been member of the team pioneering in liver transplants in India and involved in innovations in living donor liver transplant such as ABOI, minimally invasive donor hepatectomy and dual liver transplant.
Dr. Srivastava holds expertise for Kidney Transplant, complex hepatobiliary surgery, Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery and vascular access surgery. He is a lifetime member of ASI, IASG, HPBA and member of American Society of Transplant Surgeons. He has done his fellowship from University of Rochester New York after completing his USMLE.
Dr. Srivastava has number of publications and presentations in Indian and international conferences.
